As we start to get our heads around what we learn from our COVID experiences and look ahead to how we want things to be beyond, one aspect to keep in mind
is who is best placed to inform future ways of working, the choices we make as to what we return to, drop, or adapt? I propose you intentionally give prominence to the voice of your front line staff. Experience tells us that all too often leaders take too much responsibility for designing ways of working and are at risk of being detached and disconnected from the powerful voice of the front line.
