Understandably the last few weeks have seen a focus on Leaders connecting and relating well with their teams in lockdown. However, I see a risk that we neglect a crucial element of our leadership, the relationship with our peers. It is not a nice to have, it's an essential part of leading well and creating robust, powerful and healthy organisational systems. I explain why in this short video.
