Who is Alex Smith?

I’m known for my ability to balance support with challenge, empathy and respect along with fun, energy and enthusiasm.

My coaching style is to respect and challenge whilst providing incisive feedback, allowing uncomfortable conversations to happen. 

I am a leadership development expert with over 30 years experience of people and organisational development which has given me powerful insight and intuition in my work.

I’m passionate about raising awareness for how unseen systemic patterns in organisational life frequently get in the way of effective leadership. As an accredited coach, I bring this systemic perspective of human organisational dynamics to most of my work.
