The Strategic Business Advisors/Partners programme is aimed at functional experts who need to transition from adding value through technical expertise to adding value through more strategic conversation and relationships.
The Strategic Business Advisors/Partners programme is a
2-day workshop, followed by two
90-minute virtual follow-up sessions.
The program is designed for a minimum of 6 participants to a maximum of 12.
